The presentation focused on maintaining flight safety and operational continuity while also supporting pilots’ personal and professional transitions.
In addition, the meeting explored regulations related to menstruation, menopause, and fertility treatments, and their effects on female pilots. The group highlighted the necessity of raising awareness and developing constructive, inclusive policies across the aviation industry.
Commitment to Equality in Aviation
In a statement, TALPA said:
“We are proud to be part of this significant step toward equality, representation, and progress for women in aviation. We remain committed to supporting initiatives that promote gender equality in the industry.”
