In a statement shared via the airline’s social media account, the following was announced:
“Due to the recent developments affecting flights to Iran, Iraq, Syria, Jordan, and Lebanon, passengers holding tickets issued on or before June 13, 2025, for flights scheduled between June 13–30, 2025 (inclusive) will be eligible for the following if transactions are completed by June 30, 2025 (inclusive):
Reservation changes will be free of charge.
Unused tickets will be fully refunded.
For partially used tickets where travel is not completed, unused segments will be refunded free of charge.
Ticket validity may be extended until July 31, 2025 (inclusive) without any penalty or fare difference.”
The announcement also noted that these arrangements only apply to flights operated by Turkish Airlines, and that ticket changes and refunds can be processed through THY’s website, mobile app, or authorized sales agents.
