In a statement shared on its social media account, the airline noted that passengers holding tickets issued on or before June 14, 2025, for flights scheduled between June 13 and June 30, 2025, to the affected destinations, will be eligible for the following options if action is taken by June 30, 2025 (inclusive):

Free reservation changes will be allowed.

Full refunds will be provided for unused tickets.

For partially used tickets, unused flight segments will be refunded free of charge.

Ticket validity can be extended until July 31, 2025, without any penalty or fare difference.

These options will only apply to flights operated by AJet.

Changes and cancellations can be made via AJet.com or the AJet Mobile app.

The latest flight updates will be available on the Flight Status page.
