The group’s full-service carrier, Air Astana, was named “Best Airline in Central Asia and CIS” for the 14th consecutive year, and also earned the “Best Airline Staff Service in Central Asia and CIS” award for the ninth time. Meanwhile, the group’s low-cost carrier, FlyArystan, was recognized as the “Best Low-Cost Airline in Central Asia and CIS” for the third year in a row, reaffirming its position as a regional leader.
