Turkish Airlines (THY) Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat, has announced a major step within the scope of the “ADA KIBRIS” project, which aims to elevate the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) to its rightful place in the global tourism market.
Emphasizing the importance of the project for both Turkish Airlines and AJet, Prof. Dr. Bolat stated:
“It is a great honor for us to be one of the key players in this important initiative that will reposition the ‘Baby Homeland’ in a whole new light.”
He highlighted that the air bridge to be established by Turkish Airlines with Northern Cyprus will play a strategic role in rebranding the TRNC as a tourism destination. The first meeting to share details of the project will be held in Northern Cyprus on Monday, July 7, with a broad delegation in attendance.
Wishing the “ADA KIBRIS” project great success, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat stated that this initiative marks the beginning of a new era for tourism in Northern Cyprus.
