Air France has launched free high-speed Wi-Fi onboard its aircraft through Starlink satellite internet. The service has already been activated on two Embraer 190s and two Airbus A220s in the fleet over the past few days. This week, for the first time, an Airbus A350 long-haul aircraft will also begin offering Starlink internet.
The new service will be completely free across all travel classes, with passengers able to connect by logging in with their Flying Blue accounts.
Air France plans to equip 30% of its fleet with high-speed internet by the end of this year, with the goal of offering the service on its entire fleet by the end of 2026.
