Four Airports Operated by TAV Receive Service Quality Awards

Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, and Skopje airports, operated by TAV Airports, were recognized under the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program.

According to the company’s statement, Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes, and Milas-Bodrum airports won the titles of Best Airport in Europe and Most Enjoyable Airport in Europe within their respective passenger capacity categories.

İzmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, and Skopje airports were also awarded in the category of Easiest Airport Journey in Europe for their performance in passenger processes.

Additionally, İzmir Adnan Menderes and Milas-Bodrum airports were recognized as the Cleanest Airports in Europe, while Milas-Bodrum was also ranked in the category of Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff in Europe.

The awards were presented during the Airport Experience Summit 2025, organized by ACI World, which brought together more than 800 senior airport executives, customer experience experts, and industry professionals from across the globe.

Aude Ferrand, Chief Commercial Officer of TAV Airports and CEO of TAV Operation Services, was among the speakers, sharing her insights on strategies for multi-airport operators to create both consistent and differentiated passenger experiences within their portfolios.

Established to measure and improve passenger satisfaction, business performance, and airport service quality, the ASQ program has become the world’s leading passenger satisfaction initiative since its launch in 2006, with participation from over 400 airports across 110 countries.

Winners of the ASQ awards are determined annually through direct evaluations by 700,000 passengers worldwide.

Kürşad Koçak, Executive Vice President of Airport Operations at TAV Airports, emphasized that the company has been working for a quarter century to provide passengers with the best travel experience. He underlined the special significance of these awards, determined by passenger feedback, and extended his thanks to all colleagues who contributed to this success.
