Corendon Dutch Airlines has announced the launch of its Cadet Pilot Program, offering aspiring aviators a unique pathway from classroom to cockpit, and this year, the airline is placing a special focus on encouraging female candidates to apply.
In partnership with E-Flight Academy, known as the most sustainable flight school in the world, Corendon is opening its doors to enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who dream of becoming airline pilots. The program offers successful graduates the opportunity to join Corendon as First Officers and, over time, progress to the rank of Captain.
“We believe aviation should reflect the diversity of the world it connects,” a Corendon spokesperson said. “That’s why we are particularly excited to see more women taking the captain’s seat in the future.”
About the Program
The Cadet Pilot Program provides full-time modular training lasting approximately 16 to 20 months, combining theory, simulator sessions, and real flight experience. Cadets will complete their frozen ATPL (EASA-recognized) and undergo Boeing 737 type rating before officially joining Corendon’s European network as co-pilots.
Throughout the process, candidates receive professional guidance from E-Flight and Corendon instructors, gaining real-world insight into one of the most dynamic and safety-driven professions.
